Hello there fellow readers.
My name is Shawn Foster and I am the lead singer of the band Call Us The Unknowns. Perhaps you have heard of us? Anyways, our lead guitarist, Max, has just quit on us. He's an absolute douche, but what makes him more of a docuhebag is that he quit one month away from the beginning of our tour!
As you can tell, its a very stressful on all of us(mainly me), and its hard to find an experience player so late in the game, but luckily, to me its unfortunately, we find a wonderful player in my hometown. Cain Johnson. He used to be the most popular guy in high school. All the girls wanted him, even a few guys, and the guys wanted to be him! I on the other hand, had a small, okay fine not so small, crush on the man.
What makes matters worse(like they aren't already), Cain has a twin. Equally good looking, is the Spawn of Satan! Adam, the twin, used to make my life a living hell, and Cain just sat back and let it happen. What an excellent older brother by ten minutes! Anyways, I was a fat kid, who was punched, kicked, wedgied, head in toilet, force to eat food off the ground etc. etc. Its hard to see why I liked the dude. But back to the main point. Cain can seriously play guitar and everyone but me, wants him in the band.
He joins, which sucks, and tours with us. At first, I think that he'll be the same as he was back then, but wait! He's a totally different person. He's nice, chill, fun, and is a bookworm. SINCE WHEN!?!?!!? This man is making my head spin and heart ache. I'm suppose to be over him, but how can I, if he's making me fall in love with him all over. I bet he doesn't realize it.
Why me? Why does this man have to mess with me? This is gonna be a looooonnnnggg tour. Wish me luck.

LANDON LUNA:
College is finally over, and I get to go on a road trip for one month before I enter the real world. Yet, I never expected to see Everest signed up, and more than that, he requested me to be his partner for the trip.
I've known Everest since we were thirteen, but he doesn't remember it. That's okay. I suspect the night we met wasn't a good one for him, and maybe it's best he doesn't remember.
But now we are scouring across the east side of the U.S., and I'm starting to wonder if everything I did for Everest was in the name of something else. Something more meaningful. Something I should have understood sooner.
Damn my brain. It takes me far too long to understand the proper context and even longer to grasp the meaning of my feelings.
I might be in love with him.
Oh, and I was diagnosed with autism a year ago, and I never told anyone. So, there is that.
EVEREST PIERCE:
I love him.
I love Landon Luna without conditions. Without expectations. Without the need for more. And I love him with my entire heart.
I wasn't the nicest person in high school. Not to anyone except the ball of bubbly sunshine. The one who waved at me every single day. But I was a goner the moment he said hello to me in my Junior year of high school when he was partnered with me on a project.
Now, I need to figure out how to keep my feelings on lockdown through this trip.
Because I find myself wanting.
I want him, and I don't know that I am worthy enough to have him.
