Sonic started to cough up petals. Turns out he got a disease called Hanahaki disease, which means a specific flower starts to grow in the patient's chest, slowly suffocating them. This is caused by the patient dealing with unrequited love, it happens rarely and only with true love.. Will he be able to find a solution before the time runs out or will he suffocate to death.. :;PLEASE READ:; I think my book is the only one that actually thinks deeply into the hanahaki disease. It's not just about dying 'cause of love. It's a brutal torture day by day. It intervenes into the patient's life, messing up their routines and themselves both physically and mentally, which is why it will deal with the topic depression. I hope my book will give this bad feeling through and making it able to understand the topic's darkside and how brutal hanahaki can really be. If you think about it, it's like being forced to drown from time to time. Everything changes for Aurora and a black hedgehog named Shadow when they crash into each other at Shadow Canyons. The two hedgehogs train each other for future challenges, until the death of Amy Rose occurs. Devastated, Aurora goes out to search for the Chaos Emeralds to save all the dimensions in existence (later figuring out she has to do more), figure out more about her powers, and to find Shadow's missing ex-girlfriend. They meet a sprite, a loyal wolf, a resistance, a young bat, a twist-hearted meerkat, and twin hedgehogs that share similarities with Shadow and Aurora. Throughout the journey, they all learn the power of teamwork, making Shadow feel unsure since what happened on Space Colony ARK and the last fiasco teaming up with Eggman. Shadow and Aurora get closer throughout the mission, but will they remain strong? Will they work together to accomplish the pink hedgehog's promise to her deceased BFF and mother? Why would Shadow team up with Aurora and their "friends"? Could it be to reach destiny, or true love? Who knows what'll happen next? What would Sonic think of all of this? So many questions.
