A story taking place in the U.S with a failing economy, many world powers are tired of the United States imperialistic practices among the world. They take this to their advantage and attempt to take U.S land. By This point the U.S has lost Global Super Power status, and in attempt to regain its Former status, and economy, and defense, the U.S plays around and manipulates the Ophiocordyceps Fungus to use to their advantage. They made the fungus to adapt to target human host, and made it temperature resistant.  In the time these events are taking place, the polar ice caps melted so much, it plummeted most of the worlds coast lines into water. Many of the occupying countries and groups leave the U.S to aid there own country. Unfortunately, the flood released the fungus among the population and some of the groups, priory occupying the U.S. After that there was a major struggle to keep the Great Lakes from the water thriving fungus.
