The diary of lost love

If you don't like slow burn romance then this book is not for you. And please, some part of the book it's in a diary entry format, so don't complain about it been one dimensional and lacking alot of conflicts and tension.
Conflict, stakes and tensions would reveal more into the book, but the beginning would just explore the characters, their relationship and how they fell in love and how the romance builds alongside the conflicts and many other things, I can assure you, you would not regret it
This is the story of two lovers who where toren apart by social status and difference, their love thou strong and true had to bend to societals expectations. But what happens when Astrid finds her mother's diary which told her love story, and how she sacrificed for that love.
Knowing that her father doesn't give her mother the happiness, love nor respect she deserves, she is now determined to reunite her mother, and give their story the happy ending it deserves.
Would she be able to do it, or would fate yet again play another game on this lovers?
