The story revolves around the world of Winnos, and how its inhabitants adapt to the transference into a harsh world.  
January of 1898, as people celebrate the new year and their peace 7 years after a war that encompassed their entire world, they are thrown into another planet by some miraculous event. Here, they will try to survive against a genocidal anti-human race of the Annonrials - winged racial supremacists, while trying to make sense of the changes in their way of life.
