Skye has been missing before and was rescued by Ryder and her friends. It's been years ever since they last saved her, and this time she needs their help again.
With Mayor Humdinger up to his tricks, as usual, it's up to the PAW Patrol to stop Mayor Humdinger and save Skye from being captured. Will they be successful yet again or will it be a different twist to this story?
