Background: Resides in a forgotten quadrant, ruled by the now deceased Frieza. Those who do know of it only use it for illegal activities such as smuggling. It's also very prominent for its underworld, many families holding power over the economy even when frieza was still alive.

Time period: A little after Cell saga.
