Elizabeth Woolridge Grant is an actor in Hollywood who wants to become a singer but doesn't think her voice is beautiful enough for it. Lana Del Rey is her stage name. Marina Diamandis is a singer who has made it against all odds. Her stage name is Marina and the Diamonds. What will happen when Lana and Marina meet but the era in which they are living in does not support homosexuals for any reason.? Will they survive and be together even though everyone around them does not agree?
