Fernwhisker's Life

As a kit, Fernwhisker loved stories. Growing up with a distant father he found comfort in the Elder's den where he could relax and learn about his Clan and the legendary battles they'd seen.
But as an apprentice, Fernpaw learns that a battle is really bloody, foolish, and never has a winner. Struggling to conform with his ruthless Clan's expectations, he discovers that a story is more than words from a cat's mouth; they involve tragedy, and heartbreak, but also love.
This is his story. This is his life.

I wrote this book in Peru! I didn't finish it then but I got a good part down. I intend this to be really slice-of-life, and explore the day-to-day life of a simple cat. Like with Ivyshadow's story, I will updating the allegiances after every rank, because realistically they would've changed so much by the time Fernwhisker becomes an elder, and there's no way I'll be able to keep track.
