Reina, a Filipina who has the condition of Albinism, is a champion figure skater competing in South Korea. Upon winning, she is sent to Tokyo to receive more support for her figure skating career. Knowing this, her mother decides to leave the Philippines with her, so Reina can live in Japan, pursue a better future, and represent the Philippines in further competitions.
