"You miss her, don't you?"

Max looks up from the strawberry bunny toy she held as it reminded her of how that girl loved strawberries, only to be greeted by Jude who leaned against the doorframe with concern eteched on her face as she uttered the words.

"I do."

Max replies solemnly, earning a sigh from the latter. Jude walks towards the girl and gently pulled her in from a hug, Max, frozen on the bench she's sitting on dropped the toy to the ground. And at that moment, she had broken the dam and wept.

"I love her."

"I can never fathom how much or how deep...but I know you do, Max"
