Losing her mom at a young age and then being raised by an alcoholic father has been far from easy. She is currently a psychology student and hopes to go into the field to help people who have had similar struggles to her. Julien is a part of her band Boygenius with her two best friends Lucy and Phoebe. She is pretty reserved until she's performing. Emory and Julien meet while attending the same party. Julien was there to perform, and Emory was just dragged there by her friends. What the two don't realize is they both grew up in the same area. They've never crossed paths, until now.
