After a sweep through in their attic, the Kratt brothers find out that their ancestors were Animal Hunters, the most famous hunters of the now extinct species Tasmanian Tigers. The brothers feel horrible after learning this, thinking that they have Hunters blood inside of them and were the cause of the harmless tigers deaths. The crew and Beastshifters couldn't stand the sight of the heartbroken brothers, so they decide to use Ventus's time crystal and go back in time of 1841 to stop the Kratts of the past, Carlos and Martino, from killing the tigers to extinction.
