Shortly after Bonnie passes, Kylie is eager to get a witch to stop somebody's heart and send them to the Other Side to bring her back. She pays Liv to stop her dad's (Damon) heart. Her dad never woke up.

It took awhile but she finally started to heal. She forgave Liv and the two of them got to be quite close friends. One day, while Liv was in the shower, her brother Kai comes down into the living room, where Kylie was waiting. One thing leads to another and Kai and Kylie kiss.

That kiss is enough to send them both to the prison world, where they fall madly inlove with one another. They find Damon and Bonnie.
