Ikebukuro's Three Owls

In Tokyo exists the famous Ikebukuro division, known to be the paradise of the otaku culture.

In one of the hidden alleyways there rests a shrine with the statues of three owls. Legend has it that they were brothers that loved music and helping people. In exchange of their good deeds, the people built the shrine to thank them. Sadly, with time passing by, everyone started to forget about them, but they remain in the spirit world waiting patiently until they are called again.

But now in a modern era, where the Party of Words banned the use of guns and now the microphones are the way to handle disputes and fights. What would happen if someone decides to hear the rumors about the legend and kidnap one of the owls in order to gain more power?

Will Ichiro and Jiro be able to rescue their little brother before it's too late?
