Blood Ties and Broken Trust (X-Men Fanfic)

At the age of 15, Sarah Marshall's life changed forever when her mutant abilities began to manifest themselves. Leaving her with lack of control, and feeling lost with no knowledge of her capabilities. Though, she realizes she is not alone when she crosses paths with the very man eager to learn more about their kind. Charles Xavier. Sympathizing with her situation, with her parents permission he offers to take her in. To help her, and teach her self-control. Ultimately, becoming not just a mentor to her but a friend as well.

Two years later, she, Charles and Raven find themselves amongst others like them. A group of people, who are brought together to stop a common enemy. One who threatens both human and mutant kind. And, this group must learn how to work with each other and become a team.

A team called, the X-Men.
