When Tengen Uzui and his wives head out for a glamorous evening, they leave their spirited three-year-old twins, Hoho and Remi, in the care of their friend Sanemi Shinazugawa. What should have been a straightforward babysitting job quickly spirals into utter pandemonium. The twins wreak havoc, turning the house into a playground of chaos: from drenched sofas and toilet water splashes to a crayon masterpiece on the walls.

As Sanemi struggles to contain the mischief, he calls in reinforcements in the form of Obanai Iguro. Despite their best efforts, the twins' antics only escalate. The situation reaches peak absurdity when Giyuu Tomioka arrives to help, finding himself in the middle of a wild mess with glue-covered toddlers and a soap-sudded laptop.
