Unspoken Words is the story of my heart-of the love I gave, the pain I carried in silence, and the healing I slowly found. This book holds the words I could never say out loud, the moments I kept to myself, and the feelings I tried so hard to understand. Through these poems, I wanted to honor the girl who stayed, who hoped, who loved deeply-even when it hurt. And now, I write not just to let go, but to remember who I am beyond the heartbreak. If you've ever loved someone too much, lost yourself along the way, and are learning to find your worth again, I hope these pages speak to you the way they did to me.

Poems of Pain and Solitude
For every person out there that was quiet, not because they chose to be so, but because they were choking in the smoke. Because their opinions were apparently not worth anything. Because they didn't know just how to say what they felt. For every person that is consumed by their own thoughts, the derision from the outside world only making it worse. For every soul that was drowning in remorse and anguish on restless nights. For every soul that says I love you in the dark and in the mirror because no one else does. For the floors we would pace while anxiety sunk its teeth into us. For the mirrors that we would break while shame echoed its laugh in our caged walls. For the hearts that would ache while loneliness was the only company. For every moment of pain and solitude in this world that feels too cruel for such young and frail minds.Complete

Drink up~ the loneliness. Broken.~ Crushed.~ Shattered.~ Torn.~ Explore my deepest.. We have to lose grip and lose ourselves to realise things, accept the changes even if it takes someone so precious to let go and break you in pieces I remember being once a teenager and thinking I had no one to speak to. So I wrote my pain in poems, it did help but having to think my friends or Family would never understand. I was wrong. Mental health matters. Volume. IComplete
