But a degree in sociology and a suspiciously large gap in his resume means he's back to square one in the job department. With no other options to make ends meet, Leo takes an entry level job in the only field he knows: supervillainy. But while Leo wants to hide away as a nameless henchman, life has other plans for him. For an S tier like Alex death is hardly permanent, but he comes back to a very changed world. One that both has moved on from him and still feels the scars from the aftermath of his death. And as for Morgan? They are barely recognisable from the light-hearted friend Alex left behind.

Between managing a secret lair and making sure your mom doesn't stop loving you because you keep telling everyone she's dead, it's a really hard business to be good at? Add to that, the fact that somehow you got arrested because your cat sitter didn't take the day off and then you go around expressing your unconditional love for pancakes in a Super holding cell because technically they can't put you in a proper prison and you don't really have a choice because lawyers are expensive? And then, you realise your best friend is plotting go take over your spot as the greatest villain there ever was? Okay, maybe not the greatest, but you do come pretty close to it! To top it off, there's that one Superhero who's just so completely gorgeous, you couldn't imagine any harm coming to them? Because they're just that precious? I guess that makes me a Supervillain with minor time travel superpowers and a huge crush on a not so powerful Superhero?
