A year and a half after her father died from cancer level headed Laura and her mother make the decision to put the memories of the past behind them and start their lives over. It is when three more wholesome and nicer girls from school Kimberly, Maggie and Sophie land a job at the coffee shop is when Laura realizes who her true friends are.
