A short novel inspired by a dream, written on 2024.08.19.
This surreal tale blurs the boundaries between reality and fantasy. When an unnamed protagonist inherits a mysterious farm from a distant relative, the world begins to unravel in strange and unexpected ways. From the eerie necessity of a sheep's death to the transformation of a vintage makeup box into something far more significant, the story dives into a series of transitions. The journey takes the protagonist from a forest to a makeup store, and finally, into a strange metallic subway surrounded by ocean waves, where the real adventure begins in the form of a game.
Each step into this strange world reveals deeper connections between the farm, the protagonist's childhood, and the unresolved questions of their past. The sheep, and other objects - they all carry symbolic weight, representing the protagonist's longing for comfort, their relationship with identity, and the fragility of memory.
