A guerrilla is not like a soldier, fighting and shooting because someone said so. A guerrilla fights, because they want to. But being a guerrilla doesn't mean just being able to shoot. Being a guerrilla means being able to fight with elite troops with nothing.
This book is about being a good guerrilla. About being able to craft weapons from scrap, about getting people on your side. About taking back your home from a tyrant.

An unexpected addition to their team throws a wrench in the mix, particularly for Tech, who finds a particular connection with the disillusioned Padawan-turned-mechanic named Vel. Let's be honest... this is a slow burn, cheesy romance with just enough immersion in the Star Wars world to give us all a little vacation with one of our favorite clones. No smut, just PG-13 romance and adventure. It's like a mix of Pride and Prejudice and the Jim and Pam dynamic from The Office. Also, I did my best to keep a steady plot line and tried to think of all the potential plot holes or questions or whatnot, but ultimately, this was just an excuse to indulge in imagining a little romantic adventure for Tech.
