In Lacy's small town where everyone knows everyone, residents begin receiving mix tapes in their mailbox specifically at Midnight. The mix tapes say the persons name and a date. On that day the person goes missing. This happens a few times before Lacy decides to investigate the matter.

A girl from Lacys school is found dead. Lacy investigates her murder and tracks down her broken up friend group to see who the potential murderer could be...

Lacy is a high school student and her English teacher gives them the assignment to do a presentation on anything they want. This is Lacy some time to investigate. 

While home alone Lacy and her best friend Ruby are investigating the mixtapes. Soon enough she finds a mixtape with her name on it...and a threat to drop the case...

She now has 8 days to find the person doing all of this.
