Friends (or lovers)?

For seventeen years, Liv and Alex have never spent day apart. Born just three days apart and growing up in the same grimy British town, they have been best friends ever since. Alex loved attention. The boys loved her because she was different from the other girls and girls loved her because she was the hot tomboy who played football. Liv, on the other hand, wasn't the typical girl people would expect to play football, but she was very talented, incredibly competitive and naturally beautiful.

As they begin studying for their A-Levels, their lives begin to change. Their studies become more demanding and external factors start to make their way into their lives and get in the way, especially boys. When they break up for the Christmas holidays, Liv begins to notice that Alex is hiding something from her, but they're best friends and haven't kept a secret for seventeen years.

As the truth unfolds, Liv develops some confusing feelings and is soon forced into being the one to keep secrets. Liv quickly begins to question who she is, who she wants to be, the future and everything she knew about her friendship with Alex . But what will happen when Alex finds out?
