They say that the abandoned castle Aiden is enchanted. Enchanted to protect the town from the evil forces, enchanted to stay forever on the hill not far away. Enormous and devastated symbol of the town's immortality that lived through the great fire. For Kay Stewart, this place is a death shelter, where she found the dead man; for Cassie Sayshlee, this is a home for illusions. Five years ago, they accidentally found themselves in the castle, and everyone saw what they should have seen: death, illusion, and loss. What will happen when they gather under Aiden's roof again?

Are there people like 'good murderers' and 'bad murderers'? Because in this story, there will definitely be a battle about it. Are supposedly 'good murderers' let off the hook? Why? After all they did kill someone right? Aiden Quinnell, a decently middle aged man, lost his wife to cancer recently. During his most darkest time, two college boys appear in his life. They turn the isolated depressed life into a cheerful one. They have the intentions of popularizing the story of Aiden's late wife Rachel, who seems to be a mysterious figure, meddling with everyone's lives. Both, the husband and wife were detectives, determined to solve the case of a killer amongst their own society. However each close lead turn into a dead end. This unfortunately makes them register the case as unsolved. Rachel was always a mysterious figure in Aiden's life, even though he fell in love with her during their college days together. She always seemed to have this manipulative control over him, but you couldn't call it toxic. Aiden was always in his senses when he did something for her. They both really were pillar opposites, he believed in law and justice, while she believed that if a job was done for the right causes it could be excused. Keeping all of this aside, this is Rachel's incomplete, yet Aiden's complete story. He finds closure, in the process of telling the mystery of the unsolved case. He finds the strength to heal his broken self in the process, after all, without Rachel he felt blind, deaf and dumb. As if his world disappeared in a snap of fingers. After reading all of this, what are you waiting for?? Jump right into the story, for this is a one which has all of the answers to Aiden's questions, moreover, your questions!! Jacob's life has been a relentless cycle of loss, abandonment, and numb survival-until one night, a strange nightclub called Illusion draws him into a world that defies logic. Trapped in an endless, vast expanse, Jacob comes face-to-face with his estranged father, a ghostly mirage of his long-dead mother, and the haunting realization that this prison is not physical but a reflection of his fractured mind. As Jacob struggles to unravel the truth of this mysterious realm, he must confront the weight of his past and the pain he's buried for so long. But with the boundaries of reality blurring and no clear path to escape, Jacob is forced to answer the ultimate question: Can he break free from the prison within himself, or will he remain forever lost in the Illusion? In this dark, surreal tale of grief and redemption, the truth may be Jacob's only hope-but it could also destroy him.
