"I'll be your date to the wedding." Eddie says casually as he leans against Buck's counter, his arms folded against his chest.

Buck is speechless for once, mouth opening and closing but he just couldn't find the words to say. His best friend was offering to be his date to a wedding, and he didn't even know who the couple was. After what felt like hours, Buck finally spoke. "What?"

Eddie shrugs his shoulders, like it was no big deal. Like he was offering to get groceries for the other man. "You need a date, I'm available."
