Earth and the similarly-advanced alien planet dubbed Scylla have engaged in trades. The lithium rich alien planet helps Earthen keep their electrical systems running and Earth gives food in return to the barren place. But things aren't all smooth-going and organizations such as the terrorism fuelled "The Grip" are slowly uprising in demands of two separated worlds. 
The only people who can prevent an all out war a girl who knows no war and one who knows too much.

Ren Palmer, a head fighter pilot in the RCAF strives to fight for her country - while carrying the burden of a heavy loss. 

Jaia Lyons lives a normal life, hanging out Friday afternoons with her friends until accidentally hearing an exchange she wasn't supposed to flips her world upside down.

A fateful meeting at a secret beach leads the young adults to a mutual friendship - and maybe more. A relationship which either way is required to save the two worlds.
