New governments have started to form all over the Strangereal universe's Earth. Some are revivals of older states but most are new. In the Northern Waters beyond the Razgriz Straits, lies an archipelago with new powers rising. New technology has been developed, old weapons rebuilt or reactivated. In the midst of it all, an old threat rises again nearly a 100 years later.
