And he looked me in the eyes and pressed the blade in my hand against his own arm.
"Listen to me. I love you more than you can ever know. My only wish is that you're happy. If you ever feel sad or depressed then tell me and I'll be right here waiting to hold you. And if you ever, EVER get the feeling that you want to hurt yourself...."
He slashed the blade on his wrist, blood appearing. I stared in shock at his determined, serious face.
"Then take my arm and cut it as many times as you would your own."
"I can't hurt you like that..." I whispered and he stared before smirking.
