25 years after the X-Event, no one would've predicted the painful fall from peace about to unfold.

After discovering Dream's secret, Lux kidnaps her brother and forms a secret cult, recruiting multiverse children who have suffered at the hands of their parents. Just like her. She leeches off their negativity to unleash her ultimate revenge on her father and Ink. Someday. Somehow Gradient is wrapped up in Lux's psychotic thirst for justice.

Meanwhile, PJ escapes the Antivoid and Error's abuse, only to find himself wrapped around Lux's finger, a deal in exchange for Gradient's release. If only PJ knew how to manage the toxic shard of Lux's soul inside his own...

The Cream team searches for their lost children following their abrupt disappearance, trekking into the darkest corners of the multiverse.

But behind the curtains, there is a much larger force brewing behind Core Frisk's reign. A force that will reshape the multiverse as all know it and those protecting it. New voices are called to action. A now heartbroken Dream must confront his past to preserve a peaceful future.

Vi was initially annoyed with the three they considered 'Care Bears' three skeletons that cared a bit too much for their mental health, later on meeting Error, someone they wanted to be better for, Vi might've fallen for the four's words, but they have a lot of hurt inside them, how could they ever be good enough for Dream, Blue, Ink, and Error? Vi would have to be patient with themselves for once. Pluto was unlucky. It was unlucky that he ran into Fell, it was unlucky that he got himself a job at Ebott cities psych ward, where he happened to meet quite the plethora of skeletons and more only kept on coming, gaining Fell as a roommate and Classic, Sci, and Outer as neighbors, Pluto felt maybe he could form attachments again. Of course, the 'awares' had this place they could always go to to talk and was considered as the middle. The center, the heart. As well as hang outs, like a place for the Bad Time Trio, etc. Now, they have angels, demons, and the fallen. Fallens are angels who have committed a sin, but not evil enough to become a demon. They are frowned upon. Not considered the same. Sadly, most of them consist of young children. The angels and demons of course would fight. And at the heart of angel society, was Ink. He was the most cutest, pure, and innocent bean you could ever find. Then there was Nightmare. Being able to have him right around his fingers. Every year, if either on the Angel or Devil side, if there isn't another ruler to rule alongside the main one, or 'protector', then there is a specific time you have to find someone. Otherwise, you get kicked off as it is unfair to rule alone. The only reason Ink isn't kicked off is because he has someone ruling with him. Dream & Blue. Of course, Nightmare has only been able to stall by trying to find one, seeing them as not the one, and the counter gets reset. You can't do it forever though. Now, Ink terribly naive for a protector. Of course, he was the heart. He had a place in everyone's heart- With Dream & Blue being the next. Blue being a guard, and Dream being his 'right-hand man.' Most of the time being the one helping and guiding Ink. They soon find him to be missing, captured by the demons. Panic would be spread all over the place if they were to find out Ink was missing. With this, and a limited time to work with, considering if you were to officially become a ruler of somewhere, your heart has to actually want to leave if you were to leave. Would Dream and Blue be able to save Ink? Or would Ink become the next Queen? The next queen of the Demons? Join us on this journey to find out.
