Tales Of Wonder are short stories that are tied in to a novel I've had in my head for years. They are related to the novel and each other. These stories are mainly to motivate me and to test out different writing styles. Each short story will be written in different styles. They take place in a world where magic and science combine. The first story here, I admit leaves the rules of the world and how everything works a little vague but each short story will add more and eventually the novel will tie up the magic system. We never really got to finish our story Travis, so I will. This is what I saw for us. I hope this story finds you. I hope you read this with an open mind and heart. This is simply what I saw for our future. I can't say I fell for you from our first text messages together, but it definitely started to grow over time when I started to get to know you. I can definitely say that I fell in love with you the first night we hung out together though. 4/18/21. We went to eat at The American Dream and we talked about various things. I can't exactly remember all we talked about because the only thing I could think was 'he is the one.' We're on different paths now and honestly, you're starting to slip from my memories. There's a quote that states ' Love is like sand. If you hold on too tight it starts to slip from your fingers, but if you let go it'll stay', and I can honestly say I held on as tight as I could. So this story is kind of what I saw for us after the fact we had met already. This is what I believe would've happened if we never said goodbye. Here we go...
