The apocalypse didn't start when every human transformed into stone in the blink of an eye. It started when people began to wake.

But instead of attacking, the masked man runs away, disappearing into the woods. When she finds herself in mortal danger, he appears again, saving her life but in doing so he falls prey to a dangerous raider gang-destined to live out his days in a pit fighting for his life. Saving him means risking everything but walking away would leave her haunted by guilt forever.

And they're trying to protect her at all cost or well some are. {I wrote this in a completely different way than I normally do. I'm so excited for you guys to read this! So excited. I let myself really let go with this and have played out scenarios in my room. No like literally stood up and acted out some scenes (it's a problem) but it's good. It's humorous! It's sad. It's happy. It's drama. It's MCU in a different universe. It's an escape but also a dream.)
