The apocalypse didn't start when every human transformed into stone in the blink of an eye. It started when people began to wake.

Natasha Volkov has only one goal: find and save her little brother, Ivan. But this savage world holds a special kind of danger, something unique to her and her alone. You see, she is the first-and the only-woman to wake from the stone.

Armed with nothing but an old, rusty revolver and her dead uncle's journal, Natasha sets out on her journey across the United States, heading East to New Haven. After weeks of trekking ruined highways and overgrown forests, she finds herself staring face to face with her worst nightmare: a man. But instead of attacking, the masked man runs away, disappearing into the woods. When she finds herself in mortal danger, he appears again, saving her life but in doing so he falls prey to a dangerous raider gang-destined to live out his days in a pit fighting for his life. Saving him means risking everything but walking away would leave her haunted by guilt forever.

Natasha suffered a lot with her past but when she meet Wanda she could sense something different with her. The witch was exactly what she needed even if she didn't know it yet. With Wanda's help Natasha soon discovers herself with help of friends as well. - - - - - - - Again this is an AgeRe Fanfic so if you don't like it, just scroll! This is absolutely non-sexual! It'll have romantic aspects in it but it won't be sexual when in headspace. I'm not sure yet if it'll be sexual while out of headspace. I don't think so but time will tell. Also just another warning.
