Usually when one wakes up in an unknown place, and is introduced to a whole host of strangers that they have never met before, the tend to have their memories to fall back on; recollections of previous experiences that they can work off of in order to find a solution to their current predicament.
Callum has no such luxury; and neither do the others that he meets.
The world he now enters is a mystifying and dangerous one. The enigmatic Maze, filled with traps and dead-ends, the seemingly-safe and tranquil Clearing, the remnants of others that came long before he and his new family. Questions without answers seem to be the norm, so now Callum has to focus on getting both himself and the others out alive...if he doesn't end up killing himself first.

This is a reboot of one of my other stories, The Ones That Are Left. Like that one, this story is still inspired by The Maze Runner, as well as Outsiders SMP. I'm gonna try and take this one in a bit of a different direction, and I hope it works out. Thank you for reading, and have a wonderful rest of your day/night!
"You're different from what I expected," she said softly.
"How so?" he asked, glancing at her.
"I don't know," she replied, searching for the right words. "You just... have this way of making people feel like they matter. Even here, in this... nightmare."
He was quiet for a moment before responding. "You matter, Y/n. Don't forget that."
OR
Y/n wakes up in the deadly Squid Game, surrounded by strangers and fighting to survive. What she doesn't know is that the mysterious Frontman is watching her every move through the cameras- and she's caught his attention.
