In this Sequel to Little Witch Academia: The boy who could magic,  we follow a more developed Owen Oshua. Disillusioned by past betrayals, Owen has been traveling the world honing his powers. His journey leads him to a mysterious tunnel that transports him to the Monster Realm, a world ruled by powerful vampires.

In the Monster Realm, Owen encounters King Adrian Namikaze, who reveals a pact made centuries ago between Owen's grandfather and the Namikaze family: Owen is to marry King Adrian's eldest daughter, Myoko, and together they will overthrow the rival Shuzen/Bloodriver dynasty. Owen is reluctant, but agrees to attend Yokai Academy with Myoko to prepare for this future.
