Copper-9, what was once a prosperous mining planet is now a frozen wasteland. The only things that live here, if you can even say that, are Worker Drones. Y/n is one such drone. But he has no memory of his life before coming to Copper-9. He wasn't made here, from what the older drones have told him, and he surely isn't the same as them either. And so, going with another Worker Drone, Uzi Doorman, outside the doors of the colony, an adventure begins that would change the fate of everything and everyone.

When Y/n was a child, around the good ol' ripe age of 4-5, he and his parents were forced to move into the Elliot Manor, the father being old friends and a co-worker for Elliot's business. He was quick to befriend the owner's daughter, the two quickly growing to become the best of friends. And as they grew older, so did their intelligence grow, fixing up any Worker Drone that they could. Becoming closest to three specifically over time. But one day. They fixed up the wrong drone. A seemingly sweet drone. But they could never have imagined what said drone would have done. Leading to the rise of an old enemy once thought to be permanently defeated. But I guess his favorite saying "You kill me, I return stronger." Has some merit eh? Will our hero's survive and perhaps be victorious against their villains? Or will they be defeated and crushed, leaving the fate of the universe looking grim for all those who remain? Stay tuned...

(n.) - a pulse inside the processor where devotion slowly twists into obsession. ╾━━━━⊹⊱✦ 𓉘MURDER : DR𖦏NES𓉝 ✦⊰⊹━━━━╼ Copper 9 was supposed to be abandoned a long time ago. Instead, it became a frozen graveyard filled with Worker Drones trying to survive whatever the company left behind. Uzi Doorman, stubborn and constantly getting herself into trouble, ends up crossing paths with three Disassembly Drones: the overly friendly N, the dangerously unpredictable V, and [Y/N] - a quieter unit who seems strangely uninterested in the whole mission in general. Unlike the others, [Y/N] doesn't really care about proving anything. He follows orders when he has to, keeps to himself, and mostly sticks around because he's bored of the same endless routine. Still, the more time he spends with the group, the harder it becomes to stay detached from everything happening around him. What starts as a messy alliance slowly turns into something else entirely as hidden information about Copper 9 begins surfacing. Old experiments, corrupted memories, abandoned facilities - things that probably should've stayed buried. And while everyone is trying to figure out what they want, what they fear, or what they're willing to protect, [Y/N] starts realizing that some attachments are a lot harder to control than they should be. This fanfic is set a few years after episode 8, with a small twist; Human kind was not entirely wiped out. A single one arrived 16 years ago, in a landing pod. If it wasn't for the Drone Colony to take him in, he would've died in the cold, toxic air. Instead, Khan Doorman decided to shelter the human, integrating him into the community. The process went semi-well for 16 years, but suddenly, he requested a meeting with none other, than Uzi.... Also the story has embedded youtube links, listen to the music to add to the atmosphere!
