2015, the year the world was corrupted. War and destruction had claimed the earth. But almost 50 years later a group of people fix this life crisis and had brought peace. Everything seemed fine but that was until they made a new rule. 10 girls were to be taken from their families, then 10 boys and pair them up.
McKenna wasn't so lucky. 10 years later, 2075, the year she turned 17, she was chosen. Jensen, her best friend, the guy she's had a crush on since 5th grade is also chosen and becomes more important to her than anyone else. She struggles to live her new life and still struggles with the life she once had.
Soon tension rises and citizens rebel against the government. Unfortunately McKenna and Jensen get caught up in all the rage and soon join this rebellion. McKenna does what ever she can to protect Jensen and herself. She soon realizes the world can no longer....

ITS VERY BAD LMAO Staffie and her dog Unicorn, a white great dane puppy, move to her uncle and aunt's mansion after her parents 'died'. her uncle and aunt have to go on a business trip, leaving Staffie and Unicorn in a house full of boys... vampire boys. they all look to be around the same age, but in reality are thousands of years apart. she falls in love with the eldest out of the six brothers; Tayson, or Tay for short. when some questions of her past pop up, she has figure out who or more like WHAT she is. when she discovers her true identity, things turn upside down in her life. even if that's possible. 'watch out humans, there's a Reaper in town. try not to die!' ---- prologue "Mitch we have to leave!" Annabelle yelped, holding a baby girl with black hair and blue eyes in her arms. "leave! go somewhere safe!" Mitch said, pulling a knife out of his leg. they were fleeing from the townspeople who had lit their house on fire screaming; "be gone evil demons!" all the couple wanted was to be able to live like normal humans, but atlass that was impossible. Before the fall of Earth humanity built a great colony ship, ten thousand of the colonist left Earth for a hundred year journey to Gillespie. They came from all over the Earth leaving a planet knowing they would never see another in their lifetime. The Ark is a rotating cylinder the size of a large island with its own train system. It's divided into three main sections, the city, the framlands, and the Lowers. The people are divided into three groups as well, Uppers, Middles and Lowers. Uppers are made of elite scientist, Astro-crops, bureaucrats they made up about 3% of the population. The Middles are are the farmers, the guard, teachers, doctors, the food processors, clothes makers and of course the mechanical maintenance workers. They make-up the 97% of the 10,000 counted citizens. The lowers are criminals and children born to un-paired parents. They live separated from the middles and Upper. In lowers you work in water reclamation or in one of the fish farms that supply protein to the ship. In the year 2149 Dylan De Rovia is trying to wrap her head around the idea that in two year's she'll be paired. That they call marriage on the Ark. Pairing is good most who are paired do end-up staying together because while genetics play good part in determining a match so does personality. Some people choose to use spend this time having a good time with as many partners as possible. Dylan however, vowed that she would never fall in love with anyone before pairing. The universe had other plans however, when Dylan learns that she'll pair with an Upper named Kyive Sinclar life gets more complicated than ever. Falling in love is hard enough falling in love in space that the story.Complete
