Returning to the Orre Region, 5 years after the events in Pokémon Colosseum, Cipher's back. Back to once again to plan on ruling the world. This time they grew in numbers, got a new leader, new admins and a different tactic. Together with his mother, younger sister and his Eevee, Michael (14) lives a normal life at the Pokémon HQ lab. Playing around with the lab's staff and honing his battle skills. That is, until the professor gets abducted by a group of mysterious people. Getting introduced to Shadow Pokémon, Michael embarks on a journey to save the professor. Furthermore, it has now become Michael's job to put an end to Chiper's evil plans.
