Still clinging to the hope that he somehow survived after getting lost on his first Shadow-hunt, Uhavyk journeys to the Lightless Lands, the very heart of the Dark, to find him. Dangers, both worldly and preternatural, haunt the way. And the place he goes to is a realm darker than despair, a last resort with no promise of redemption.
