23 parts Ongoing Natsumi Hikari, once again, had a dream of Tsukasa Kadoya (Kamen Rider Decade) getting "beated up" by the Riders from the world called the "World of W" (World of Kamen Rider W, and most likely the A.R. World). And, Tsukasa Kadoya, received a "mysterious" SMS message from an unknown number, stating that his life is on "danger" and he had to go to that world. But the person asked him to call him "D", which questioned Tsukasa for his motives, reason, who is it, or anything else..
And so, Tsukasa, on the other hand, decided to visit the world and checks it out, accompanied by Natsumi Hikari and Kiva-la, Eijiro Hikari (Natsumi's grandfather) and Yusuke Onodera (Kamen Rider Kuuga from World of Kuuga). After Tsukasa managed to go to World of W, he had decided to investigate the world by himself and his gangs, only to be accompanied by Mahiro Inoue (Kamen Rider Cyclone) before Tsukasa finds himself getting attacked by Joker and Eternal (will tell later about their identities).
