Hawkins was a small town renowned for being quiet and peaceful. Well, it was the case before the mayor decided to build a special school for kids and teens with problems. Majority of them were not even living in Hawking but in the towns around, at a few hours of ride. But at the end of the days, those who were not spending the week in the reform school were hanging out in town and could create problems with innocent people who did not ask anything.
