After being recruited for the German National team for the first time, Amelia Hoffmann lives the life of her dreams. She plays for FC Bayern, makes her international debut at twenty. At least that's what it seems like. 
Amelia isn't a big talker, no one really knows what goes on behind the scenes when her life is actually turned upside down by a fatal loss during the most important time of her life.
Through building new bonds and friendships, Amelia has to learn who she can count on and that not every war can be fought on your own. And then there's Lena Oberdorf, the rising star in Women's football, who catches Amelia's attention right away. But is the spark she feels real? Doesn't she have more important things to deal with?
