In a time when gods were both cruel and kind, he was born, Born to both a Titaness of justice and an Egyptian God of death. Not knowing who or what he was growing up trying to navigate who and what he is in this world, follow the story of hermanubis, son of a god, and titan while he tries to find his place in the world and gets to know both the gods he knows and doesn't both Gods and man shall cower before him, he has to confront the universal truths of the gods and finding balance between the two worlds, the hardest part, to be a god and yet understand a mortal.

Battle of Egypt
For a millenia man thrived under the gods Egypt. Osiris proved to be a capable and wise ruler. His wife Isis taught man man things and gave them tools to succeed. Nephthys taught them how to prepare the dead, and how to prepare for the afterlife. Yet Set grew greedy. He wanted more power. He wanted his brother's throne. He wanted to rule all of Egypt himself. Have the power for himself. Nephthys, now pregnant, began to fear her husband. He was not the same as when they were married. And so she escaped Thinis and travelled to Memphis to claim sanctuary with her brother and sister. There she gave birth to Anubis. The jackal headed god of death took up his position and began to ferry the dead souls through the underworld. Isis foretold the coming war with Set. But Osiris, always trusting of his brother, did not see the danger. And so invited him to the announcement of Isis' pregnancy. It was there that Set killed his brother. Nephthys and Isis escaped Memphis under the cover of darkness, and took refuge with their loyal followers. There, Isis gave birth to her son Horus. The hawk god, Isis prayed to her grandfather for guidance. As Horus grew older, Set's grip on power strengthened. Fear ruled the young Egypt. But those both god and man were still loyal to Horus and his mother helped plan revenge. Horus, now a man. And his trusted human servant Ahmose battled Set. This carnage saw the sacred Nile run red with blood. Hearing the cries of man. We all know Maleficent's wrath had once cursed an entire kingdom, a beautiful princess and the Prince that was to save her. Well, this is when you get to know my version of their full journeys, hardships, etc blah blah blah...I shan't bore you with history. So let's get straight to when Maleficent was born, shall we..? Okay, so I'd just like to say that this is not well written whatsoever lol. All the grammar is correct, and there's some decent description, but it all feels very rushed if I'm honest. I tried to cram too many ideas in and yeah, it made.. whatever this is. Uh, I have some one-shots on my profile which might be better to read?... If you don't mind a fic being rushed this is probably great for you, lol, but the plot line is very higgledy piggeldy. Um, enjoy? Percy X Apollo Percy Jackson is tired. Of everything. He and Annabeth broke up after the fall into Tartarus, neither being able to look at the other the same way. Sure, they stayed friends, but that doesn't make Percy feel any better about it. Some of the gods are concerned, but Zeus is forbidding them from checking in on him, intent on leaving demigods alone despite all they've done for the Olympians. Apollo, however, is ignoring this order. He cares a little too much about Percy to watch him suffer in silence. But when a new threat arises, how will the Olympians handle it? How will the demigods handle it? This is very all over the place, but I think it turned out well in the end. (This is future me in brackets, btw, it did not turn out well lmao). In this story, Nico is overprotective of Percy (still solangelo though) as a best friend. He's forgiven Percy for the whole ordeal about Bianca and now they're pretty close, both confiding in each other about things they never thought they'd tell a soul. The ships are: Pipabeth - Piper + Annabeth Chrisse - Clarisse + Chris Solangelo - Nico + Will Valgrace (platonic) - Jason + Leo because I despise Caleo sorry lmao Perpollo - Percy + Apollo I do not own any of these characters, all rights are to Rick Riordan other than the storyline/plot.
