Arknights: Observer

He's a normal Rhodes Operator at the front. His combat strenght is above average but his race - whatever it is - is weaker than most. If he was somewhat stronger he would be able to fight against many of our other Operators and beat them. We dont know where he learned his fighting technique but it seems lie its military in style.
PS: He seemed familiar with fire arms but it showed he doesnt have Arts. Strange. He is working with a Crossbow now but his training will change for use of a sword and a knive, as his request.

I thought why not another story I came up with. Otherwise it might get boring. Dont worry the other is the main focus and I might start this one a bit later anyway, just dont want to forget this idea.
