Scottie "Scoot" Quinn was only 6 years old when she got into a car accident. Only her and her Father, Creek Quinn, survived, but Scottie was in a coma for 3 months. Creek Quinn is a scientist, his entire career he's been looking for a way to make someone have the same powers a God has, he doesn't stop, hundreds of test subjects die, and he will never stop, not even if it's his own Daughter. Creek experimented on Scottie when she was in a coma, and when she woke up. Scottie had only thought he was checking on her health. 6 years later, when Scottie was 12 years old, Creeks medicine and research had finally worked. Creek created a God, and it was his own daughter. 

Scottie would go about her life with these horrifying powers. She moved away to New York when she was 18, and there she met Nick Fury. Someone who has been watching and keeping an eye on Scottie. Scottie thought of Fury as her father figure. But one day Fury disappeared. 
Scottie had been working for S.H.I.E.L.D before Fury disappeared. Scottie continued working for them, even meeting Clint and Natasha in the process.

When new intel comes through about a Hydra weapon, the avengers split into two teams, one checking out a new base, while the other scours an old one.
