Harper Justice Kieran is from Bucharest, Romania . Throughout her childhood she was moving from country to country because she kept being adopted by people of different nationalities so she also learned how to speak quite a few languages over the years which really messed with her ability to learn english because she got the languages mixed up . she always knew that she wanted to go to the US for college but she has never put much thought into what she wanted to do when she was older but she knew she wanted it to involve sports, while also going on the long road of improving her english .

Harper was one hell of a basketball player and she always has been . she was also one hell of a track star who specialized in the 400m dash and the 100m hurdle .
