An Electric Man In Arkham| Male Reader x Batman Arkham Series

Only months ago the 25 year old Y/N L/N had gained his powers. The bomb and plague of Empire City had started on this day. In only 3 weeks Y/N was able to defeat Kessler, the reason for all of it. The plague, the quarantine, his powers. Y/N dealt with the consequences. Months later he had to go to New Marais. To defeat a monster that Kessler couldn't. The Beast.
