Earth 134,a planet where all Tokusatsu Heroes are just a tv show for childrens including a famous Japan show called Kamen Rider.19 years later,a child name Ken Velin who watch Kamen Rider when he's in young age as he is now grow up as Adult and doing his part time jobs from a cafe.Meanwhile,a boy name Sougo Ito ride his bike to school with his friends for study.But a few days,they will notice a girl tell them to gather the remain riders from this world as a threat is coming to rule over the world.Now,Ken and Sougo must gather the riders in order to fight a incoming threat but what they didn't know....They are also Kamen Rider...
