The Ocean's Embrace

Merliah, the daughter of Xander (god of the sea), is the goddess of the ocean with the unique ability to transform between a mermaid and a human. She frequently visits Earth to enjoy the ocean's waves, but one day, her serene swim takes a dramatic turn when she saves a young man named Zachary from drowning. In the chaos, Merliah loses a precious bracelet given to her by her mother.

Zachary wakes up stranded on a beach, the last memory of falling off a boat and being swept away by the waves.
