> Heeks lost his mother at the age of 7 in a mysterious death. Soon after, his father remarried, but Heeks never liked his stepmother and never really talked to her. > During his school holidays, he goes to his grandparents' village. He is very happy there. Every night, he has the same dream - a dream where he meets a boy named Wei. They become very good friends in the dream. > While exploring the village one day, a storm comes. To save himself from the rain, he enters an old house. There, a heavy almirah falls on his leg. Wei goes to call people for help. While Heeks is screaming in pain, a boy of his own age named Johan comes and saves him. From that day, Heeks and Johan become best friends. > When the holidays end, Heeks has to leave the village.
