The Kingdom of Trentia has been shrouded in a twilight veil for almost a decade, and the prophesied divine is the only one who can bring the sun back.
Ilia Nolla is a young woman who has lived many lives in secret. Dwelling under the roof of an upscale brothel since a young teen, she has been known as one of the most famous courtesans in the city, but it isn't common knowledge why that is.

With the intention to pay off her ever-growing debts, she uses her skills of stealth and combat to take out the competition of the merchants and capitalist overlords that hire her.
With her working alias, Velox, she is sent on a mission to take out a newcomer in the textile industry, but she is caught when the assassination goes wrong.
With the help of two strange elven men, she is broken out of her temporary imprisonment and sent on a whirlwind journey that reveals her past, grows her previously underestimated power, and pushes her toward finally achieving the destiny she has long been avoiding.
